Dom Tech Appliance Repair is a locally owned and operated appliance repair company located in Kelowna British Columbia. We have been servicing the Central Okanagan from Lake Country to Peachland since 1983, and are an authorized warranty dealership for most major brand name appliances.
Available Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm (except during Summer hours)
Generally a technician can attend within 72 hours of booking, however there are times when we are extremely busy, and it is possible we could take longer to get out. We work to ensure our service is as convenient as possible for our customers and will contact you the day prior to confirm the two hour window time frame that our technician will be arriving in.
If you would prefer to drop-off and pick-up your appliance. Please contact us prior to confirm we have room for your appliance in shop.
When booking a service call, please have the following information available:
Brand and model number of your machine
Brief description of what the service issue is with your machine (this information is important to assist our technicians in ensuring they arrive with the necessary equipment and spare parts)
Contact name, address details and phone numbers (home, work and mobile)
SERVICE CALL CHARGES
Standard Service Call Fee
$125 - Includes 15 minutes labour (Typically covers cost of diagnosis)
$80/Hr - Additional Labour Charges (pro-rated in 15 min increments)
$60 - Deposit for repairs when the appliance is dropped off/picked up from our workshop. (NOTE: This fee must be paid upfront, however this fee is credited towards your final invoice if you chose to proceed with repairs) Note - We are currently not accepting shop repairs
All fees do not include GST
If you are wanting to purchase spare parts, you may visit or contact our office. Most parts are available within 1-2 business days.
WARRANTY ON PARTS INSTALLED OR SOLD BY DOM-TECH APPLIANCE REPAIR
A 60 day warranty is provided on parts purchased or installed by Dom-Tech Appliance Repair, with the exception of second hand parts. Should a warranty be provided on second hand parts, this will be noted on the invoice.
A 60 day warranty on labour is provided for all repairs and servicing carried out by our technicians
